## Current workflow
1. An Indian D2C brand creates an account at /signup; no invitation code is required.
2. The authorized signer reviews and accepts the current mutual NDA during signup.
3. The brand buys a one-time credit pack through Razorpay.
4. The brand describes an audience using supported filters and chooses a count.
5. Operations prepares and uploads records; a human reviews rows before delivery.
6. Approved records become available in the tenant-scoped workspace and CSV export.

Preparation status reflects the durable request state. It is not a claim that records were automatically generated. One credit is consumed per approved, delivered record; unfilled or rejected rows release their reservation.

Current server-owned pricing is available from /api/public/config and /pricing. There are no subscriptions, invitation codes, six-month plans, or annual plans. Unused credits do not automatically expire in the current product.

## Delivery and use
- Typical delivered fields: full name, available email, available phone, and source request
- Supported request signals include contact availability, recorded-order filters, and referral/affiliate activity
- Unsupported targeting must not be invented
- Records may be activated only for approved purposes and channels with required permissions
- Brands remain responsible for consent, DND, suppression, DPDP, TRAI, and platform-policy compliance as applicable
- Raw lists may not be resold or relicensed as a data product

## Runtime
Neon PostgreSQL stores application state and manually uploaded customer records. The production runtime has no AWS dependency. Razorpay credentials and database credentials remain server-only.
